REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - the basics

RedTape Softwares provides subscription-based digital products and services, including AI tools for trading, betting, lead generation, and business automation. Due to the nature of our offerings, this refund policy outlines our approach to payments, cancellations, and exceptions.

 

1. No Refunds on Digital Subscriptions

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once access is granted to our proprietary tools and software systems, the purchase is considered final. This applies to all plans, including RedTape Pro and any individual product subscriptions.

 

2. Free Trials (If Offered)

If a free trial is provided, users are encouraged to evaluate the software during that period. Once the trial ends and billing begins, no refunds will be issued.

 

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or billed in error, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and determine whether a correction is appropriate.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will apply to the upcoming billing cycle, and you will retain access to the product until the end of your current paid term.
We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in rare cases at our sole discretion. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Verified system failures that prevented access to the service

  • Accidental billing after documented cancellation

All refund decisions are final.
